Will you be visiting Langweer in July? Remember to check out the competition calendar for skûtsjesilen in Langweer. The entire village will be involved in this traditional sailing competition using old cargo boats. Of course, the party organised around the event is just as fantastic as the competition itself. The sporty people among us can enjoy the Skûtsje kuier. During this 12 km walk around the Langweerder Wielen, you'll have a fantastic view of the skûtsjesilen. What a unique experience!
