This beautiful modern villa with a thatched roof is suitable for eight people and is also suitable for the disabled due to the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Around the house is a spacious garden with a terrace and a jetty for your (rented) boat. The house has a large open living area with dining and living room and spacious kitchen. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped including an oven and large refrigerator. In addition to the bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, there are three more bedrooms and a second bathroom on the first floor. The bedrooms all have two box-spring beds and one of the rooms has a bunk bed.

The villas all have their own character and properties and are therefore suitable for many groups. There are villas that are completely child-friendly, complete with a fence to play safely in your own garden. There are also Wellness Villas with whirlpool and sauna. All villas are beautifully situated on the water and via a low bridge you can easily sail into the Frisian lake area with a sloop via the harbor. If you have (or rent) a larger boat that does not fit under the bridge, you can moor it in the marina.

This small-scale holiday park is located on the edge of the village of Idskenhuizen, about five minutes from Sint Nicolaasga. In Sint Nicolaasga you will find various shops and restaurants, as well as a bakery and large supermarket. The picturesque water sports village of Langweer can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearest Elfstedenstad is Sloten, this beautiful town can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
