From the moment you unsubscribe, we will make sure you do not receive any more newsletters. Your data will be retained for up to 2 years after unsubscribing.
  • Competitions: If you enter a competition, we use your name, e-mail address, and message to enter you into the draw. We retain this data so we can correspond with you about the competition. We retain this data for as long as necessary to process the competition, or up to 2 years after the last contact.
  • Making and handling a booking or reservation: If you make a booking or reservation for accommodation or an activity, we use your name, date of birth, e-mail address, phone number, street name, house number, postal code, place of residence, country, and the payment details you provide to process your booking or reservation. An account is created automatically, where you can view and change your personal data. We retain this data for 2 years after you have used the booking or cancelled the booking. We retain payment details for at least 7 years, because we are legally obliged to do so.
  • Cookies: Our website uses cookies so that the website functions properly and we can collect statistics about how it is used. On your first visit to the website, we ask consent to place cookies for analysis and possibly marketing. More information on this can be found in our cookie statement.
  • Anonymising data: When using functional cookies, we make some of your data anonymous, for example when we look at the number of visitors to our website.
