The villas have a spacious living room that overlooks the spacious garden, the water and the meadows. The furnishings are elegantly provided by interior designers. Here you will find a comfortable sitting area with smart TV and a spacious dining table. The open kitchen is part of the living room and is equipped with an oven/combi microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. The toilet is separate at the entrance. Because the villas are owned by private owners, the furnishings and facilities in the villas differ. The whole provides a personal experience. The first floor, which can be accessed via a staircase from the hall, has 4 large double bedrooms and 2 separate luxury bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is located on the ground floor and has its own bathroom. A separate cot and high chair is available in all homes. Through the French doors in the living room you reach the garden with a lovely sunny terrace and private jetty. Here you can endlessly enjoy the peace and beautiful views. Enjoy endless summer evenings at the long garden table and make use of the BBQ.

Location
Sailing, cycling, walking, golfing, fishing or enjoying wellness: this is all possible. The holiday park is located in a beautiful, water-rich environment where all kinds of (sports) activities can be undertaken. Get out into nature and enjoy!

The holiday villas of the Eyland type are all located on the Houtvaart, the waterway that is connected to the Langwarder Wielen. There are also villas with a private beach.
