This attractive unique loft is located near the center of Workum. You can completely relax here with a view of the water. Not only can you enjoy the waterfront, but you can also use the 2 canoes and a vlet. To the beach, to the water, to a terrace or to go shopping, it is all possible. The loft itself has a kitchen/diner, a new bathroom & toilet. This includes the necessary appliances such as: a coffee machine, air fryer, oven, washing machine and dryer. For sleeping accommodation there is a beautifully made double box spring and a comfortable sofa bed (for a guest room). In the cozy seating area you also have a beautiful view of nature. How nice is it to have breakfast outside on the terrace, or to have a drink in the evening in the lovely seating area, with candles on or to roast marshmallows in the garden fireplace! In short; nothing is necessary, everything is possible!

Location
An attractive apartment located on the water just outside the center of Workum. There are several shops and restaurants in Workum. The Jopie Huisman museum is highly recommended to visit. Or a delicious coffee with a special cake at ElCafetin! The Alpaca farm is 5 minutes away, not to mention the beach is a 15-minute walk away!
