The Doniaga bell tower stands on a raised graveyard surrounded by trees. The church lost its tower in 1722 and was demolished at the beginning of the 19th century. It is possible that there has been a bell tower near the church since the 17th century. It has been restored several times over the centuries and still stands to this day. The bell tower houses a swinging bell cast by Aernt Butendiic in 1460.
