Run by a water woman with a passion for water. In the heart of Woudsend in an attractive building on an easily accessible location. With a wide range of nautical lifestyle products, boat equipment, clothing & accessories, atmosphere and gifts. Including an outlet for the World Wildlife Fund and tourist information point for Woudsend and VVV Waterland of Friesland.
In addition, from the Loswal in Woudsend, we offer a number of unique sailing arrangements in Sudwest Fryslan, in the months of July, August and September.
The cruises are made with the "Joie de Vivre", a Westerengh Goldenhorn 685. This sloop sails fantastically stable and offers lots of space, luxury and comfort. And the skipper adds an entertaining and tasty touch.
OPENING HOURS: The store "The Taste of Water" with the VVV information point on the Molestrjitte is open daily during the tourist season; April through September.
If the store is closed, please visit Aquacamping and Jachthaven De Rakken, Lynbaen 10, Woudsend. Here you will find a VVV brochure point, which is open all year round.
