In this beautiful building, just behind the city canal, on the edge of the center of Sneek, you will find this lovely Bed&Breakfast apartment on the ground floor. The room is newly built and tastefully decorated. The room has a double bed or 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Outside in front of the house you can enjoy your cup of coffee or glass of wine (mentioned in characteristics as balcony because it is a small part of the house). If you want to stay with a 3rd/4th or 5th person, ask about the possibilities of renting the entire floor with kitchenette and "living room".

Important to know
The apartment is on the ground floor, so also suitable for disabled people. Parking is in the area. It is convenient to first unload your stuff in front of the door and then park your car. Please note: from Monday to Saturday parking in the immediate vicinity for permit holders. Paid parking is at the end of the street near the water (2 euros per day) and otherwise drive out of Schoolstraat and there is free parking in the area.

Beautiful location on the edge of the center of the eleven city city of Sneek in a building from 1906. Everything is within walking distance: rent a dinghy to sail around Sneek, rent bicycles at the local bicycle shop, have a bite to eat or drink at one of the fine catering establishments in Sneek. Of course also shopping and many museums. Walk from your apartment to the canal (50 meters) and walk along the canal to the Waterpoort. Plenty to do for young and old!

Tips from the owner
Walking routes on Sneekismeer.nl and there are also nice tips from Sneekers. Just walking through the city and of course along the Waterpoort is already a wonderful way to enjoy our beautiful city. One of the 11 Frisian cities. Now first just Sneek. Visit the starting island, with a beautiful view over the Sneekermeer (cycling approx. 8 km) or the Waterskibaan on the Potten where you can also enjoy the sun and swim on the grass/sand. Rent a sloop, here in the Looxmagracht they are ready for you from the rental company. Delicious food at the Koperen Kees, you can easily walk there, along the water. Eat the Oranjekoek at Bakkerij de Korenbloem in the Galigapromenade and eat the monchoutaart at the Walrus on the Leeuwenburg. Be surprised at Fier (2 minutes walk), where you can sit wonderfully by the water and is often busy with boats. Take a SUP tour through the city canals. After visiting the Frisian Maritime Museum, have an ice cream at Min12. Are you staying longer? Take a tour of the 11 fountains in the Frisian cities (placed after the Cultural Capital Leeuwarden in 2018); definitely recommended!
