Cozy cozy farmhouse (2-6 persons, 3 bedrooms, more persons/customization is negotiable) in the Frisian countryside, close to Sneek. The house has a cozy living room with sitting area and dining area. From the living room you have a view over the fields and you can go outside. It is brightly decorated in a country style. Adjacent you will find the kitchen, which is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer and coffee maker. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second room has a wardrobe and desk/workplace. A camping bed could be placed here upon request. There is also a bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a 3rd bedroom with 4 single beds. This room is accessible from the living room. Outside you have a covered terrace where you can enjoy the view and a snack and a drink.

Our farmhouse has 3 bedrooms, which can be arranged flexibly, where we can think along with you regarding your wishes regarding how many beds you want in which bedroom. Depending on your travel group, this offers you more options to sleep separately. If you want to come with more than 6 people, we are happy to think along with you!

Our farmhouse (2-6 persons, 3 bedrooms, more persons/customization is negotiable) is located in a rural area on the property next to our farmhouse. It is located in the hamlet of Loënga, near Scharnegoutum and Sneek. It is a nice place to enjoy the peace and space. From our place you can easily cycle and/or walk through the surrounding fields and villages. If you need more excitement, you can reach the heart of Sneek within five minutes by car for cozy terraces, restaurants and shops. When the weather is nice you can relax on the Sneekermeer or get in the car and drive to Makkum or Harlingen for a dip in the IJsselmeer. In addition, it is about a 20-minute drive to Leeuwarden.

We are Kristian de Vries and Anne-Froukje Mook. Since the beginning of 2022, we have been living with our 4 children on our farm just above Sneek, a long-cherished dream that has come true. In addition to our family, we share our yard with about 40 chickens, roosters, 5 runner ducks, 4 cats and our Frisian Stabij, Teun.

With a head full of ideas and plans, we moved into the 1931 farm. The transition from a new-build house to this old farm has proven to be a real voyage of discovery, which makes us extremely creative.

Next to the farm is a former stable, which has been renovated by the previous residents and pimped by us for rental. We hope to let our guests enjoy the outdoor life that we love so much.
