Enter this attractive family villa through the spacious hall with ample storage options. The living room has a cozy sitting area with a gas fireplace, Smart TV, workplace and Sonos sound system. The villa has a fully equipped open kitchen with a large dining table for 14 people. The attractive kitchen is equipped with a 10-burner induction hob, 2 ovens, dishwasher, blender, microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. The kitchen island has a combi microwave, an extra refrigerator and space for two people to have a drink. There is also a bathroom with toilet and a bedroom for two people on the ground floor. This bedroom has two single box-spring beds, Smart TV, spacious built-in wardrobe and air conditioning (on request). Through the spacious sliding door you can step onto the deck terrace, where you can sit with the whole group. On the first floor of the villa you will find three bedrooms with: 2x single box-spring bed, Smart TV, built-in wardrobe, shower with toilet and double sink. The fourth bedroom is a family room with two single box-spring beds, a baby cot, changing table, Smart TV and fitted wardrobes. On the landing of the first floor there is a Finnish sauna, spacious bathroom with shower, toilet and double sink. There are two more bedrooms on the third floor of the villa. Outside around the villa you can relax on the terrace (south) with furniture, parasols, sunbeds and lounge set. You also have access to your own Jeu de boules court, lowered jetty for fishing or swimming and an outdoor shower. There is a picnic table right on the water, to fully enjoy the view.
