This spacious holiday home is situated on a large plot, directly on the Fluessen and offers a magnificent view of both the lake and the vast Frisian meadows. This 4 to 6 person house offers plenty of privacy and space, ideal for enjoying the peace and vast nature of Friesland, with the nearby lakes and the beautiful Gaasterland forests. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with a combi oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer and washing machine. On the first floor there are two modern bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. Outside you can relax at the large table with 6 chairs. For a cozy barbecue there is a Weber BBQ ready, so you can fully enjoy the outdoor life. Do you want to go out on the water yourself? You have access to a private harbor where you can moor your own (rented) sailing boat or sloop. Please note that the harbor has a limited depth, making it less suitable for sailing boats with a keel. There is a public boat ramp just 200 metres from the house.

Location
The house is located just outside the charming village of Elahuizen, where you will find a sailing school with the possibility to rent boats and a restaurant located in the former dairy factory. For daily shopping you can go to Woudsend, where you will also find various quality catering establishments. Do you want more choice? Then go to Balk, where you will find an excellent butcher and baker in addition to supermarkets.

Special about this accommodation
Are you a fan of walking, cycling and water sports? Then this house is the perfect base for numerous outdoor activities. The water is literally at your feet, with the Fluessen lake on your doorstep. In addition, the Gaasterland forests are only 10 minutes away, ideal for making beautiful walks.

- The holiday home is smoke and pet free. - Amplified music outside is not allowed (especially outside!), as are parties. - Bed linen, made beds, towels and kitchen linen are included in the rental price. - There is a starter supply of toilet paper, coffee, tea, etc.
