The B&B is located in the rural outskirts of the village of Bantega, between the towns of Lemmer and Wolvega. It features a beautiful environment with lots of greenery and scenic views. Although the village itself has no shopping streets, you can easily cycle to Echtenerbrug for small groceries where you will find a supermarket. Lemmer is the perfect place to be for a day out. It has cozy shops, lovely terraces, a beach, water sports facilities and beautiful nature. You will also find the must-see UNESCO World Heritage Site, Ir. DF Woudagemaal, the largest working steam pumping station in the world. Don't forget to visit Blokzijl (a former Zuiderzee town in the heart of National Park Weerribben Wieden) or Het Kuinder Bos.

We met just before the corona pandemic broke out. Due to all the restrictions during that period, our relationship has gained momentum. After only 8 months together, we have already bought a house away from the city and the hustle and bustle, to enjoy the peace and the countryside. And what turned out? We both had the same dream: to start a charming bed and breakfast, so that other people can also enjoy this beautiful area.

At the moment we have one spacious bed and breakfast, equipped with all important facilities. We have had many overnight stays since July 2022 and the response from our guests is overwhelming. We look forward to another great season and hope to welcome you.

We offer a haven of peace and relaxation surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. Our location is perfect for those who want to enjoy the peace and quiet, while still being close to many interesting attractions.
