The cozy hiker's cabin is perfect for anyone who wants a little more luxury than in a tent. The hiker's cabin is equipped with two bunk beds, a kitchenette and a table with four chairs. The sanitary facilities are within walking distance. The hiker's cabin has a nice terrace with a large picnic table and a barbecue.

Location
Camping Welgelegen is centrally located in Southwest Friesland between Workum and Hindeloopen. It is the perfect base to discover Friesland! On the camping site you will find a natural swimming pool next to the old orchard, here you can swim between beautiful aquatic plants. In addition, there are go-karts, children's bicycles and scooters available at the campsite! If you want to learn kitesurfing or wingfoiling, that is also possible; A kite school is located on the site of the campsite, from where you can take lessons at the kite spots Mirns, Workum, Hindeloopen or Kornwerd, all close to the campsite! You can also discover the area by Sup, canoe or Longboard, which can be rented at the campsite. Furthermore, camping and b&b Welgelegen is a great starting point for many cycling and walking routes from junction 19.

Special about this accommodation
The small-scale campsite has a natural swimming pool, where you can enjoy a swim among the beautiful plants and under the blossom of the old fruit trees. For the children it is fun in the sandbox, tree house and or on the trampoline.
