Want to get some fresh air and relax after an intensive (work) day? Or a nice evening out? Which can! With the evening sailing trip of Sail Events Friesland. Enjoy the last hours of the day while floating on the water. You will notice that nature completely relaxes as evening falls and you have the water to yourself. In the beautiful nature of Friesland you will sail past beautiful islands with many special flora and fauna and hopefully enjoy a beautiful sunset. Around 9 p.m. you will be back in the port of Woudsend where you will disembark with a satisfied feeling.

Would you like to relax or actively sail along? That's all possible. The skipper is happy to introduce you to the world of sailing on a beautiful large sailing yacht, called the "Blaauwe Walvisch".

The cockpit of the ship is large, which means that 13 people can easily sit comfortably and move around comfortably on board. If it is a colder day with perhaps some rain, you can also go inside. There is a spacious salon for all people on board. The headroom is more than sufficient, namely more than 2.30 meters in height. You can turn on the heater and it will quickly become cozy and comfortable. The "Blaauwe Walvisch" is therefore not dependent on the weather for a successful evening trip. There is shelter, warmth and coziness in the spacious ship.

6 p.m.: Reception in the harbor with coffee/tea and something tasty. 6.15 pm: Release the bunches and head towards the Frisian Lakes. Drinks can be ordered during the cruise, which can be paid for afterwards via a payment request. 8.45 pm: Return to Woudsend harbour. While enjoying our 'mooring', we talk about the evening's experiences on board.

Sailing will only take place under conditions that are attractive to the guests on board. If necessary, Sail Events Friesland will work together to find the right solution for a sailing trip with pleasant conditions. An excellent catering service is offered on board during the cruise. It is possible to put together a tailor-made package. A tasting, drinks or dinner can be arranged before, during or after the cruise. Please feel free to contact Sail Events Friesland for the possibilities. Even if you want to sail at a different time or longer.

Location
Location of the ship: Waechswal (behind the Spar). In the harbor of Woudsend. You can park your car at Lynbaen 15 in Woudsend.

Important to know
The ship is open fifteen minutes before departure. Sailing will only take place if weather conditions permit. The cruise will continue if at least 5 people are registered. The maximum number of people is 13. For groups of more than 5 people, please contact us on 06-23 28 4719 or info@saileventsfriesland.nl.

It is advisable to wear sneakers, a windbreaker and sunglasses, a sun cap/hat and sunscreen. Just to be on the safe side, take your swimwear and towel with you: you never know!
