Located on the water with a direct connection to the Frisian lakes, this spacious apartment is located in an authentic head-neck hull farm. The apartment is suitable for 4 to 5 persons. On the ground floor there is a toilet, the living room with a double box bed and an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven/microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. Through the patio doors you enter the loggia where you can enjoy the rising sun in the morning and sit outside in rainy weather. The loggia gives access to a private terrace with a magnificent view of the garden, the water and the landscape. On the first floor there are 2 adjoining double rooms with fitted wardrobes. Through a landing there is access to the bathroom and a separate toilet. The bedrooms radiate the atmosphere of a farmhouse room.
Location
In beautiful Gaastmeer, the monumental head-neck-hull farm 'Attema Sate' is located on the water, where the road ends. You can still go further, but then you have to go by bike, on foot or by boat. The farm has been there since 1770. Under the beams where the cows used to stand, you can now stay for a while as a guest. The atmosphere is cool and pure. The Sate is a basis for relaxation and insight. A stone's throw away, across the bridge, you will find a restaurant with a terrace on the water. There is also a day shop. At the end of the cycle path that runs along Attema Sate is a bicycle ferry that takes you to It Heidenskip.

In consultation and if there is sufficient availability, you can use your own berth for a sloop or small sailboat and there are (free) kayaks available.
