A special overnight stay is possible in this luxurious suite with a magnificent view. Room 'Turrem' is a nod to the tower of the hotel, the room itself is located in the former water reservoir. The comfortable room features a living area with minibar, sofa and dining area, as well as a large TV. The bathroom is very complete with a shower, toilet and bath. Via a staircase you reach the loft where there is a large double box-spring bed, where you wake up wonderfully rested. Due to the unique location at a great height and the large windows, you have a magnificent view of Friesland from the room!

What makes this accommodation special

The room can be reached by elevator, but the last part has to be done by stairs. The room is therefore less suitable for disabled people.

Both chambers are located in what used to be the water reservoir. Because you are at a great height (the tower is 41m high!) you have a beautiful view all around. On clear days you can see for miles!

This hotel, realized in a former water tower, is located in Nes, the twin village of Akkrum. Akkrum has a supermarket, bakery and several restaurants.
