Water villa Tweintich is cosily yet coolly furnished, in the spacious living room everything revolves around the beautiful view over the water. When you walk onto the terrace through the patio doors, you can already see the jetty where you can moor a boat. There is a nice garden around the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, Nespresso, Quooker and multifunctional oven, so you only have to think about what you are going to cook. You will also find the first bedroom on the ground floor, with its own bathroom! The other three bedrooms are on the first floor, there are also two bedrooms and a separate toilet. One of the bedrooms is a real children's room, with a bunk bed. The other two bedrooms both have two single box-spring beds.

Lutz Watervillapark is located on the edge of Balk, directly against the Slotermeer! 20 sustainable, luxurious water villas are situated in this holiday park. All villas are located on the water, from where you can make beautiful boat trips through Gaasterland or the Frisian Lakes. In Balk is everything you need; supermarkets, cozy shops and fine restaurants. In addition, the smallest Elfsteden town of Sloten is nearby!
