- The house is located in a quiet residential area; it is not a place for parties, music and noisy groups!
- The house is not rented to youth groups, students or similar groups
- Children from 0 to 2 years free (no own room; in parents/guardians' bedroom in a cot).
- Number of sleeping places in accordance with the number of persons booked. Other bedrooms are closed. Additional rooms in consultation at an additional cost. (€ 15.00 per additional room per night). You are the only tenant of the house.
- Bed linen and 2 towels per person included. Make up and collect yourself.
- Bed making service: € 7.50 per person, please indicate when booking.
- Visitors and pets in consultation.
- Not suitable for large groups who want to fish, individually possible.
- The minimum stay is three nights, with the exception of public holidays, where a stay of at least four nights is required, unless otherwise agreed.
- During the months of July and August a minimum stay of seven nights applies, with a fixed check-in day on Saturday.

In addition to my work as a nurse and my husband as a contractor, we rent out this house. We have lived in this house for 22 years with great pleasure. What I like about renting is the contact with the different guests from different countries. Letting guests experience what I myself find important as a guest, such as a clean house, comfortable, privacy, nice garden, quiet surroundings and equipped with all conveniences.
