This quietly located holiday home is ideal for a very comfortable stay. The house with its own boathouse and harbor is located in Koufurderrige, a village in southwest Friesland, between various water sports villages and in the middle of the Frisian lake area. On the ground floor you will find the living room, kitchen and toilet. The spacious open kitchen offers seating for up to 10 people and is fully equipped, including an AGA stove with hobs and ovens, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and refrigerator. The living room is comfortably furnished and has a panoramic view of the countryside. The comfort is extraordinary! In addition to underfloor heating, the house has central heating and a wood-burning stove. There is a television with digital internet, stereo MP3, CD and radio. On the first floor there is a loft, 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Around the house are several sun-rich and wind-free spots. You can use 4 garden chairs, 2 sun loungers, a picnic table, and the Weber gas barbecue. There is a (herb) garden and firewood available. The holiday home is the perfect starting point for a hiking, cycling or sailing route in the area. For bird lovers, the area is a mecca with a rich variety of bird species. Relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings from here!
