This chalet is spacious. You can enjoy a spacious living and dining area with a view of the pond or fields through a large window with sliding doors. The kitchen is well equipped and lends itself to an evening of extensive cooking. The chalet has a large bedroom and two smaller bedrooms with single beds, one of which is a bunk bed. In the bathroom you will find the shower, as well as a sink with storage space. There is a separate toilet. Around the chalet you will find the spacious garden and there is a large terrace with garden furniture near the living room. So you can optimally enjoy inside and outside!
- Important for parents with small children: this chalet is not fenced.
- There are several chalets in this park, both on the pond and on the cliff. They are not all on the water. You can specify a preference when making the reservation.
- The rent includes final cleaning.
Recreation Park De Bosrand is located in Oudemirdum in the Frisian region of Gaasterland. The park offers a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature and a short distance from the IJsselmeer. Guests can stay in a modern waterfront chalet or camp with a tent, folding trailer, caravan, or camper. At the park, you will find spacious camping pitches, a heated and wheelchair-accessible sanitary building, playgrounds, and a swimming pond with water play equipment. A charging station is available for electric cars. Dogs are welcome on the camping pitches. De Bosrand is suitable for couples, families, and other holidaymakers who want to discover Friesland. From the park, you can walk and cycle through the forests of Gaasterland and visit Frisian villages, towns, and lakes.
View Recreatiepark de BosrandThe pond chalet and cliff chalet are located on a part of an existing recreation park in Oudemirdum. Oudemirdum is a cozy village with many restaurants, bicycle rental and not to be missed is the visitor center Mar & Klif. In the immediate vicinity of Oudemirdum you will find the Gaasterlandse forests where you can enjoy walking. In addition, three of the cliffs of the Netherlands are also close to the recreation park! Are you going to the Minserklif, the Oudemirdumerklif or the Roode Klif? Stavoren, Hindelopen and Sloten, three of the Eleven Cities, are about a fifteen minute drive from Oudemirdum and are definitely worth a visit!

De mensen van de receptie waren super aardig en behulpzaam. Het uitzicht was prachtig en alles was goed bereikbaar bij fiets. Het was wel jammer dat het huisje vrij vies was bij binnenkomst. Ik zou het zeker aanraden aan anderen.
