This hiker's cabin with a beautiful view over the countryside and the Oudegaaster Bokken is equipped for four people. In the hiker's cabin you will find a dining table and four chairs in addition to a simple cooking facility. There are two bunk beds with single beds. On this is a mattress and pillow. You must bring your own sleeping bag or duvet and bedding. The hiker's cabin does not have its own sanitary facilities, but there is a sanitary block with a shower and toilet behind the cabin.

The hikers' cabins are located on the grounds of a dairy farm. Both hikers' cabins are located in the middle of nature and on the water. You therefore enjoy a beautiful view! In addition to the dairy farm, there is also a tea garden on the site, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or a pastry when the weather is nice. In addition to the cows from the dairy farm, various barn owls also nest in the farm, many geese can be seen in winter and you will be greeted by dog Billie on arrival. You are welcome to bring your own dog! In addition, there are also many other animals on the site.

The hikers' cabins are located in the middle of nature. Here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Oudegaaster Bokken and you can make beautiful cycling trips towards Gaastmeer (crossing with a ferry!) or Workum. Both Gaastmeer and Workum can be reached in about 5 kilometers.
