The villa is located on open waters, and you can sail onto the Slotermeer in no time! On the ground floor of this villa there is a spacious living room and nice kitchen. You will also find a bedroom with private bathroom on this floor. The interior of the house is industrial but cozy. From the living room you can step onto the terrace on the water, where you can also moor the boat. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. There is a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and two bedrooms with box-spring beds. There are two bathrooms on the first floor, as well as a separate toilet. - Good to know, the garden is fenced.

Each of the villas has its own attractive design, so that no villa is the same. The detached Water Villas are sustainable; equipped with hot water pumps and solar panels. There are two different types of houses in the park. The water villas are suitable for 6 adults and 2 children, they have a bedroom with en-suite downstairs. The other type is the XXL villa, which has no downstairs bedroom, making the living space extra large. This type of house is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children.
