This villa is everything you are looking for if you want to spend your holiday in the Frisian Lake District with your family. The villa is located on open waters, and you will be sailing onto the Slotermeer in no time! On the ground floor of this villa is a spacious living room and fine kitchen. You will also find a bedroom with private bathroom on this floor. The interior of the house is industrial but cozy. From the living room you can step onto the terrace on the water, where you can also moor the boat. On the first floor are three bedrooms. There is a children's bedroom with a bunk bed and two bedrooms with box-spring beds. There are two bathrooms on the first floor, as well as a separate toilet.

Lutz Watervillapark is located on the edge of Balk, directly against the Slotermeer! 20 sustainable, luxurious water villas are situated in this holiday park. All villas are located on the water, from where you can make beautiful boat trips through Gaasterland or the Frisian Lakes. In Balk is everything you need; supermarkets, cozy shops and fine restaurants. In addition, the smallest Elfsteden town of Sloten is nearby!
