The village is surrounded by beautiful forests and cliffs and is located near the IJsselmeer. From the house, which has three apartments, you can walk straight to the forest for a lovely walk. Oudemirdum has a supermarket, butcher, bakery, bicycle rental and cozy cafes and restaurants. You can also visit the Mar en Klif visitor center and the Gaasterland VVV. Here you will always receive personal assistance from a 'local'.
