Holiday home de Jonge Jelle is a pleasant, cozy four-person chalet located on the water. From the spacious garden you can walk to your (rented) boat or jump into the water for a cooling dip. In the garden you can sit in the sun or in the shade and a barbecue is also available here. The house has a small kitchen where you can cook perfectly during your holiday. The living and dining room are cozy, but offer enough space to sit or relax after a day of exploring Friesland. In the bathroom you will find a sink, shower and toilet. The bathroom is basic, but good. There are two bedrooms in the chalet, one bedroom has two single box-spring beds and the other bedroom has a real box bed!

Location
D'Oude Herbergh is located on the edge of the picturesque water sports village, right on the water. You can stay here in a nice apartment as well as in your own holiday home. All accommodations are located on the water, so you can bring your own boat. If you do not have your own boat, it can be rented. Terherne is a small, but nice village. You will find many different restaurants here and of course the well-known Chameleon Village! From April 1 to the autumn holidays you can go to the village supermarket, outside this period or for slightly larger groceries it is best to drive to Akkrum, which is only a 10-minute drive from the accommodation.
