- Due to its location in the countryside and the presence of other guests in the farm, it is not possible to hold parties here. It should be quiet here from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Fireworks are prohibited, even during New Year's Eve.
- Smoking is only allowed outside.
- The apartments are not suitable for young children.
- For private use of the Finnish sauna we charge €15 per hour.
