On the historic site of a former haystack lies De Berch, an atmospheric group accommodation on the open waters of the Peanster Ee. Here, in the middle of nature, this spacious accommodation offers the perfect base for groups of friends, families, colleagues and school groups who want to enjoy the peace and beauty of the Alde Feanen National Park. With a capacity of 16 to 35 people - and expansion options up to 50 people including children - De Berch is a comfortable place to get together, both in the summer and in the colder months. The accommodation has a spacious open kitchen, fully equipped for groups of up to 40 people, a cozy living room and a bright garden room. The 11 bedrooms offer enough sleeping space for a relaxing stay. Outside you can enjoy a beautiful view over the Frisian lakes, with direct access to the water via a long private jetty. The site has a spacious lawn with terraces and a fire pit, ideal for long evenings in the open air. For the adventurous guests there are many activities possible, such as sailing, cycling and sloop sailing. In addition, it is possible to use extra services, such as meals provided by a chef or renting linen packages.

At Pean-buiten Akkrum, you are peacefully moored in the countryside, right next to De Alde Feanen National Park and in the heart of Friesland. Rent an electric sloop and sail through De Alde Feanen for a day, or complete the Modderige Bol loop in two hours. Prefer sailing with a skipper on board? Just ask, and we'll arrange it. Grou is 10 km away, Leeuwarden 20 km, and Sneek 25 km.
