Gloria Sailing is the place to go for sailing courses or short sailing lessons for beginners and advanced sailors. Even on your own boat.
This sailing instruction for a cabin yacht follows the CWO method, including (motor) maneuvering, and is ideal as preparation for a sailing holiday. The program is drawn up together with you to optimally align with your personal needs. In addition to sailing, attention is paid to, for example, trip planning, navigation, maneuvering under engine power, and safe mooring. The instructors are CWO-trained and follow the CWO teaching methodology. Gloria Sailing is not affiliated with the CWO, but is an independent sailing school.
On the modern, spacious, and comfortable cabin sailing yacht Gloria, you will quickly and relaxedly learn the art of sailing. The boat was refurbished in 2022 and features new navigation and multifunctional displays. The cabin yacht is equipped with a bow thruster and a large steering wheel with line control from the cockpit, and has a draft of 1.5m. This allows it to reach many places. Your sailing adventure starts at Gloria Sailing! Book directly via the VVV or via info@gloriasailing.nl. Can also be combined with an overnight stay on the boat.
Day rate from € 155 per person or private from € 420 (for 2-6 people).

Location
Boarding location and (free) parking: Marina Noël, Pontdyk 8c, 8525 GG Langweer. The boat is located at jetty C at spot C8.
Important to know
Gloria is a 12-meter cabin sailing yacht for 6-8 people with plenty of space – outside on the aft deck and inside the saloon. The boat features a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, gas stove, and oven. A toilet, an indoor and outdoor shower, hot and cold water, and heating ensure a comfortable stay.
Coffee and tea are included in the price. It is possible to book the extra options listed below. Please inform us in advance via info@gloriasailing.nl.

We are going sailing together. If we have to motor for an extended period, we will charge for the motor hours at €6 per hour (the first hour is included).
Please take the weather into account. Remember to bring sufficient warm, windproof clothing and a blanket. Bring rain gear in case of rainy weather. The program may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
The activity will proceed if there are at least 3 participants. A maximum of 6 people can participate. This activity is also suitable for children. Please contact us in advance regarding any children's life jackets. Unfortunately, the activity is not suitable for wheelchair users.
