From 13:00, the festival gets started in Lemmer.
At no fewer than 6 locations in the village centre, you will find various stages both indoors and outdoors. The programme ranges from music associations to choirs and from bands to musical and dance performances.
On the Gedempte Gracht and Markt, you will find information stalls and activities from various cultural organisations. Monuments and churches are also open for visitors.

On 12 September, we celebrate culture in De Fryske Marren during the UITfestival Waterland van Friesland. The cultural season 2026/2027 will be officially opened in Balk and Lemmer with an afternoon where cultural organisations from the wider area present themselves.
