On Wednesday 12 August, trumpet duo Arjan and Edith Post and organist Harm Hoeve will give a summer concert at De Karmel in Woudsend.

The musicians will perform a varied programme based on the theme of hope. The music is accessible and offers a sense of courage and expectation.

The programme includes Highland Cathedral, a trumpet concerto by Loeillet, Land of Hope and Glory, You’ll Never Walk Alone and well known melodies from Les Misérables. Arjan and Edith Post are a well known trumpet duo and regularly perform in the Netherlands and abroad. Together with organist Harm Hoeve, they will present a concert with festive trumpet sounds and organ music that has room for both power and quiet moments. The concert starts at 8.00 pm.
