Wettervilla Santjin is centrally located in the Frisian Lake District and is located on the water. From your own jetty you can easily board your (rented) boat and discover Friesland from the water. The jetty is adjacent to the lovely garden with a sunny terrace, and you can easily enter the house from the terrace. Here you will see a spacious living and dining area and well-equipped kitchen. One of the bedrooms can also be found on the ground floor and has its own bathroom! In the hall you will find a separate toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two of which have a comfortable double bed. The third bedroom is cozy and perfect for children, here you will find a bunk bed. You will also find two bathrooms with shower and sink and a separate toilet on this floor. - Good to know, the garden is fenced.
Each villa differs in design, but each villa is attractive and contemporary. The terrace has a swimming ladder, so after a jump in the water you can climb back onto the terrace. You have a dock at your disposal. If you don't have your own boat, you could moor a rental boat. You can book a boat via the reception or online.
The water villa is very suitable for families. The villa is not rented to (groups of) young people. The main booker must be at least 27 years old and must stay in the water villa for the entire rented period.
All water villas at Lutz water villa park are located on the water and next to the villa park is a spacious marina. The villa park is small-scale, with 20 water villas. Each of the villas has its own attractive design, so that no villa is the same. The detached Water Villas are sustainable; equipped with hot water pumps and solar panels. There are two different types of houses in the park. The water villas are suitable for 6 adults and 2 children, they have a bedroom with en-suite downstairs. The other type is the XXL villa, which has no downstairs bedroom, making the living space extra large. This type of house is suitable for 4 adults and 2 children.
View Lutz Watervilla'sLutz Watervillapark is located on the edge of Balk, directly against the Slotermeer! 20 sustainable, luxurious water villas are situated in this holiday park. All villas are located on the water, from where you can make beautiful boat trips through Gaasterland or the Frisian Lakes. In Balk is everything you need; supermarkets, cozy shops and fine restaurants. In addition, the smallest Elfsteden town of Sloten is nearby!

leuke zeer goed verzorgde locatie, waar je met de boot, sub of zwemmend tot aan de deur kan komen. Huis was zeer verzorgd en bijzonder compleet qua inrichting en apparatuur. Wij hebben genoten.
Alles war sauber. Für die Größe des Hauses war allerdings der Hausrat etwas begrenzt. Nur sehr kleine Töpfe und Schüsseln. Für 8 Personen zu klein.
