Welcome to this sustainable contemporary villa on the water, here you can fully enjoy a wonderful holiday! After your car has been parked and you have walked in through the front door, you immediately step into the attractive kitchen after the hall. You will see that it is fully equipped and that you can cook deliciously. If you walk a little further, there is already the nice, cozy living room with a beautiful view of the water! The terrace outside is spacious, with enough space to enjoy the sun outside. You also have a private dock for a boat. Behind the kitchen is the first bedroom, with its own shower room. Upstairs are three bedrooms. Two with a double box-spring bed and one with a bunk bed; the perfect nursery. One of the upstairs bedrooms has its own bathroom, the other two share a bathroom.

Lutz Watervillapark is located on the edge of Balk, directly against the Slotermeer! 20 sustainable, luxurious water villas are situated in this holiday park. All villas are located on the water, from where you can make beautiful boat trips through Gaasterland or the Frisian Lakes. In Balk is everything you need; supermarkets, cozy shops and fine restaurants. In addition, the smallest Elfsteden town of Sloten is nearby!
