Inside, the home is tastefully and modernly furnished and equipped with every convenience. On the ground floor, there is one large (master) bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and French doors opening onto the terrace. There is also a separate toilet near the entrance. The first floor, accessible via a staircase from the hall, features one large (master) bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two bedrooms, and one separate bathroom with a bathtub. A washing machine, dryer, high chair, and games are available. Outside, the children can play on the jetty and in the water. There is also a veranda with sliding windows, a spacious dining table, and a lounge area by the water. You can enjoy the sun all day long, but if you wish to seek shade, that is also possible. There is a private beach, and the lawn is large enough for all kinds of outdoor games.

Furthermore, the lake has a boating connection to the Langweerderwielen, making boat trips a breeze.
