You enter an attractive and spacious room with a sitting area with TV and radio. The open space has a dining area with a view of the horse stables, farmlands and the forest and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso machine and induction hob. In the nice bedroom you will find 2 single box springs that can be pushed together if desired. Opposite the bedroom is the bathroom with a rain shower, toilet, sink and a washing machine (for use when staying > 1 week). From the sitting room, just like from the dining area, you have a nice view and you look out over the farmlands, the forest and the pool. At the pool you can relax on the relax chairs or take a refreshing dip yourself.

What makes this accommodation special

There is a wood-fired hot tub in the pool next to the apartment. You can use this during your stay, in consultation. The costs for the hot tub are € 50 (price is based on cleaning, heating and wood). Please pay the costs for this on the spot.

What a place! In the middle of the Gaasterland nature with the forests, the IJsselmeer and picturesque villages nearby. From the apartment you can just spot a deer. There are plenty of opportunities for a wonderful cycling or walking tour. Nearby are a few nice beaches, such as the Hege Gerzen or the Mirnser Klif (kite surfers paradise!). You are also in the right place for visiting lively Gaasterland villages such as Balk (5 km) and Oudemirdum (2.5 km). Gaasterland is bustling with activities in the summer, but Gaasterland is also more than worth a visit in the winter!

I myself do not get tired of this beautiful part of Friesland and I would like to share that with you. Welcome to Holiday Home Noflik Nijemirdum, with the most beautiful view of Gaasterland!

Tips from the owner

Take endless walks in the woods, cycle to the beach on the IJsselmeer, (watch) the spectacular kite surfing at Mirns, play golf on the beautiful 9-hole nature course in Oudemirdum (can be reached on foot through 'our' adjacent forest), stroll through Lemmer and enjoy good food at The Bay of Lemmer. Visit Balk (on the Luts). Sneek is a nice town to spend a day. Workum has a rich history and the Jopie Huisman Museum, Bolsward is a beautiful old city. And then Leeuwarden of course. Bursting with sights. And of course, a good meal in Woudsend at Vis & Meer should not be missed! Enough to do.
