From the villa, you can walk straight into the centuries-old Rijsterbos forest. There are beautiful bike rides to various charming villages and towns in the area, such as Balk, Hindeloopen, and Stavoren. Gaasterland Golf Club, with its 9-hole natural course, is about 4 km away. Pitch & Put Golf in Koudum (approximately 8 km) is also fun for the whole family.
