Cozy cozy farmhouse in the Frisian countryside, close to Sneek. The house has a cozy living room with sitting area and dining area. From the living room you have a view over the fields and you can go outside. It is brightly decorated in a country style. Adjacent you will find the kitchen, which is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer and coffee maker. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a double bed and the second room has a wardrobe and desk/workplace. A camping bed could be placed here upon request. There is also a bathroom and toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a 3rd bedroom with 4 single beds. This room is accessible from the living room. Outside you have a covered terrace where you can enjoy the view and a snack and a drink.

Location
Our farmhouse is rurally located in the yard next to our farmhouse. It is located in the hamlet of Loënga, near Scharnegoutum and Sneek. It is a nice place to enjoy the peace and space. From our place you can easily cycle and / or walk through the surrounding farmlands and villages. If you need more excitement, you can reach the heart of Sneek within five minutes by car for cozy terraces, restaurants and shops. When the weather is nice, you can relax at the Sneekermeer or get in the car and drive to Makkum or Harlingen for a dip in the IJsselmeer. In addition, it is about a 20-minute drive to Leeuwarden.

Important to know
- The beds are made upon arrival (bed linen provided); - The cottage is not suitable for groups of young people, students and or sports teams; - The minimum age of the main booker is 21 years; - Parties or events are not allowed; - The waste is separated in the cottage; - The house is also smoke and fireworks free.
