The impressive artwork in the new Wildehoarne district, designed by artists Maree Blok and Bas Lugthart, presents a monumental portrait of land and water in graceful lines.
The three water jets serve as pumps, moving a significant amount of water across the watershed, which is necessary to regulate the water flow in the new neighborhood. In a surprising manner, the artwork manages and visualizes the water management of this area in an intriguing way.
