You will find this bright and very spacious six-person apartment at the rear of a former farm. There is a large open plan living area with a comfortable sitting and dining area and a spacious kitchen. This kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove with oven, separate combi microwave and sufficient work space. In the apartment there are three bedrooms, each suitable for two people (two bedrooms have two single beds and one bedroom has a double bed with 2 mattresses). One of the three bedrooms has patio doors to the terrace. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink and one of the bathrooms also has a corner bath. All areas of this apartment are located on the ground floor. The apartment also has a separate toilet group with 3 toilets and a urinal. This can be used if 1 group rents all three apartments in the farmhouse. Both from the living room and from one of the bedrooms you have access to your own sunny terrace with various garden furniture.

The farm is located in a quiet residential area, on a large park-like plot, less than a 5-minute walk from the pleasant center of Workum. Three modern and comfortable apartments have been realized in the farmhouse, two of which are suitable for four people and one apartment is suitable for six people. The apartments are located at the rear of the farm, in the former cowsheds. All apartments have their own entrance with terrace. The owner's family lives in the front house of the farm.
