Welcome to this wonderful holiday villa in Heeg! The holiday home is located on the open sailing and swimming water to the Heegermeer and the Fluessen. The detached villa is modern and luxuriously furnished, with a sauna, but sustainability is of paramount importance. When you enter the hall of this beautiful new home, you walk past the toilet room. A little further on is the spacious living room with well-equipped kitchen. You can also walk through to the utility room where you will find a Finnish infrared sauna, washing machine and dryer. You can go outside to the garden through the living room, there is a nice garden table with chairs and you can take a dip in the water via the jetty, or would you rather step aboard the sloop that is waiting for you? (for rent in consultation) On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. Also here is the second bathroom which is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. When you walk up another staircase, you reach the attic floor, here is a spacious room with a sitting area that can also serve as a double sofa bed and a second TV. From this attic room you have a beautiful view over the water.

In the garden, which is located on the southeast, there is not only a garden table with chairs, but here you will also find an electric Weber BBQ and SUP boards are ready for guaranteed water fun!
In the utility room you can not only enjoy the sauna or do some laundry, but there are also three bicycles available for you.

The holiday villa is located on the edge of Heeg, but still within walking distance of the center through the pedestrian tunnel. Due to its location on the open waters, you can reach the Heegermeer in no time, from where it is not long by boat to a number of gems on the Frisian Lakes. Heeg is a charming village where you will find everything you need; there is a nice supermarket, cozy center with plenty of restaurants and cozy shops. The eye-catcher in Heeg is the eel barge Korneliske Ykes 2 with which you can take an evening trip in the summer months and dive into the rich eel trade history of Heeg.
