Welcome to this delightful holiday villa in Heeg!
The holiday home is situated on open waterways suitable for boating and swimming, leading to Lake Heeg and Lake Fluessen. The detached villa is modern and luxuriously furnished, featuring a sauna, yet sustainability is a top priority.
When you step into the hall of this beautiful new home, you walk past the toilet. Just a little further on is the spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen. You can also walk through here to the utility room, where you will find a Finnish infrared sauna, washing machine, and dryer. From the living room, you can go outside to the garden, where there is a nice garden table with chairs. You can take a dip in the water right off the jetty, or would you prefer to step aboard the sloop waiting for you? (available for rent upon consultation)
On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. The second bathroom is also located here, equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. If you walk up another flight of stairs, you will reach the attic floor. Here, there is a spacious room with a seating area that can also serve as a sofa bed for two people, and a second TV. From this attic room, you have a beautiful view of the water.

In the garden, which is located on the southeast, there is not only a garden table with chairs, but here you will also find an electric Weber BBQ and SUP boards are ready for guaranteed water fun!
In the utility room you can not only enjoy the sauna or do some laundry, but there are also three bicycles available for you.

The holiday villa is located on the edge of Heeg, but still within walking distance of the center through the pedestrian tunnel. Due to its location on the open waters, you can reach the Heegermeer in no time, from where it is not long by boat to a number of gems on the Frisian Lakes. Heeg is a charming village where you will find everything you need; there is a nice supermarket, cozy center with plenty of restaurants and cozy shops. The eye-catcher in Heeg is the eel barge Korneliske Ykes 2 with which you can take an evening trip in the summer months and dive into the rich eel trade history of Heeg.
