This unique accommodation consists of a restored circus wagon over 100 years old and a separate studio, together suitable for up to 4 people. Inside the circus wagon, you will find a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a bedroom with a double bed. The separate studio offers additional sleeping space with two single beds and a seating area. An extra toilet and washing machine are also available here, making the accommodation suitable for families, friends, or two couples who would like some extra space. Outside, you have a private garden of 400 m² with multiple seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, and space to eat or relax outdoors. The garden borders a ditch and is situated in a quiet location between trees and meadows. There is on-site parking for two cars.

What makes this accommodation special

The cupboard is filled with games and toys, ideal for long, cozy evenings in the 100-year-old caravan. The garden is fenced, green, and completely private. Chances are you will arrive here and actually won't want to leave. Still feel like heading out? You will receive a booklet in advance with tips about the area: from restaurants and terraces by the water to playgrounds where children can get nice and dirty and places to rent a boat. This way, you can choose for yourself whether you want to relax and do nothing or go out.

The accommodation is situated on a small, quiet park in the middle of nature, where guests, residents, and animals such as birds and deer enjoy the silence. The cottage is therefore not suitable for parties. Smoking and pets are also not allowed.

Hi! We are Nienke and Cornelis! With lots of love (and our huge muscles), we built and restored our green nature cottage and the historic caravan + red log cabin in Rohel entirely ourselves. In doing so, we worked with second-hand building materials as much as possible, because we value sustainability and love the charm and story of old materials. That combination gives our accommodations their warm, characteristic atmosphere. So for us, no 'sleek and new', but rather cozy, lots of natural materials, and a vintage interior. We enjoy meeting our guests personally and love sharing our local tips with you. Nienke is a product designer and stylist, Cornelis a real handyman. Together, we conceive and create special places. In addition to this wooden cottage and the caravan, we have built even more unique homes for guests to enjoy.
