This modern apartment in the authentic Swettestate farm has a beautiful location on the city side of the farm. The farm has a beautiful location on the open waters. It is possible to sail to the farm with a sloop, after which you can moor at the private jetty. The apartment is furnished with a unique farmhouse style. The apartment offers a spacious living room with a modern kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. The apartment has a central extraction system and underfloor heating (in the living room, staircase and toilet). The Swettestate is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Location
This beautiful holiday farm with a surrounding ornate garden is located directly on the water and near the center of Sneek. The farm is located on the river De Zwette, which belongs to the Eleven Cities Route. Due to the ideal location, you can find peace and take the boat out onto the open waters. You can enjoy walking, cycling and fishing in the area, but you can also walk to the center of Sneek within 10 minutes, where you can make cultural trips or enjoy a snack or drink on the cozy terraces. Sneek is famous for water sports, the Waterpoort, nightlife and shops. In Sneek everything is within reach and the well-known Sneekweek takes place at the beginning of August!

Special about this accommodation
The holiday farm is located in a quiet area, where you can engage in various activities, such as cycling, hiking, fishing, cultural trips and/or boating. In addition, the farm has a jetty of 30 meters, so you can take your (rented) sloop with you. Within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Sneek.
